This is the most important session of the program, where you’ll receive all the essential details needed to succeed. In-person attendance is required for Dallas participants and strongly encouraged for all others.

Virtual Options Available: Streaming live via Facebook for individuals outside of Dallas, making it easy to participate from anywhere.
Included in the Program Fee: You'll receive a workbook, resistance bands, access to virtual sessions, a meal plan and shopping list, and entry into our supportive Facebook group.

Dallas Participants: You are required to attend both in-person sessions on August 9, 2025 and September 20, 2025. These sessions will not be live-streamed, and attendance is mandatory for Dallas participants.
Virtual Participants: Those participating virtually will receive a private recording of the in-person sessions. You must view the full recording within 48 hours of distribution and complete a quiz afterward to confirm your understanding of the information provided.
This ensures that all participants, regardless of location, receive the same level of support and guidance throughout the program.
